One ski area – four ski resorts. Since the construction of the Panorama Link, the ski areas of Kleinarl–Flachauwinkl, St. Johann, Wagrain, Flachau, and Zauchensee have been connected. You now have access to over 300 km of ski slopes without needing a bus or car (approx. 2 minutes by ski bus from Flachauwinkl to Zauchensee).
40 km of slopes await you in the Flachauwinkl–Kleinarl area. Our house is located only 150 m from the valley station of Shuttleberg Kleinarl — the perfect entry to your ski adventure. Step outside, put on your skis, and off you go!

The access point to the cross-country skiing trail is located right in front of our house. You have a connected trail network of 26 km at your disposal. A very special tip is the Jägersee, with its breathtaking scenery, which you can circle on cross-country skis.
For those seeking an adrenaline kick, our 4 km natural toboggan run from the newly built Kleinarlerhütte down into the valley is the perfect choice. The route up to the Kleinarlerhütte is also one of the most popular ski touring routes in the region.
Or simply enjoy pure relaxation with a horse-drawn carriage ride to the Jägersee.
The Absolutpark in Flachauwinkl is no longer an insider tip in the international freestyle scene — it is one of the most famous snow parks in Europe. The entire park area stretches over 1.5 km.
